Introducing EAAS

From the organisers of the West Africa Automotive Show.

The East Africa Automotive Show is organised by the team behind the West Africa Automotive Show (WAAS) in Lagos, Nigeria, Africa's largest dedicated automotive B2B exhibition.

Over six editions, WAAS has become where international suppliers go to meet West Africa's importers, distributors and wholesalers, and over 80% of exhibitors come back year after year.

Now we're bringing the same proven model to Nairobi. The launch edition takes place on 19–21 October 2027, giving exhibitors the chance to be there from day one of East Africa's newest dedicated automotive trade show.

Participating in the show has been a game-changing experience for us. The seamless integration and proactive support allowed us to succeed in our core mission of meeting lubricant distributors from across Africa.

The WAAS model, now in Kenya

Buyer acquisition

Years of research and relationship building to bring the right buyers to the show.

Hosted VIP buyers

Leading buyers invited from neighbouring markets to meet exhibitors face to face.

Local trade partners

Close links with the local spare parts trade, from market traders to national importers.

Why international brands exhibit with us.

Stop spending time and money at shows hoping African buyers turn up. At EAAS, they're already here.

You'll meet the people who decide what gets sold.

The buyers who choose which brands reach East Africa, all in one place:

  • Importers
  • Distributors
  • Dealers
  • Spare parts wholesalers
  • Workshop owners
  • Fleet operators

East Africa isn't one market.

Each country buys differently. Meet them all:

  • Kenya
  • Uganda
  • Tanzania
  • Rwanda
  • Ethiopia
  • Burundi

A market you can't reach from your desk.

You won't find East African buyers from behind a desk. Deals here are built face to face, and cold emails and video calls won't get you in the room. A stand on the show floor will.

Qualified buyers, ready to meet.

Years of research and relationship building mean the buyers you need are at the show. We find, qualify and invite them from across East Africa, so your time goes on real conversations, not searching.

This show has given us the opportunity to bring all of our African partners together in one place, which has been incredibly valuable for our business. It allowed us to showcase new products, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and generate exciting new leads across the continent.
